“Pet-friendly” can mean anything from a warm welcome to a room that merely allows animals under strict conditions. Families should compare the complete policy before booking, including fees, size limits, room restrictions, relief areas, unattended-pet rules, and what happens if plans change.

Confirm which animals are accepted, how many may stay in one room, and whether there are breed, weight, or age restrictions. Ask whether only certain room types or floors allow pets. If the property needs vaccination records or another document, prepare it before departure.

Calculate every pet-related charge
